Travel arrangements and prices detailed on this Internet web site (IF ANY) are provided direct by companies and service providers that advertise with Travel Match Ltd (Company number 4518415) trading as UK Travel Bureau. Travel Match Ltd trading as UK Travel Bureau does not in any circumstances provide the services of a travel agent or travel co-ordinator, nor collect money acting as an agent on their behalf.

ADVERTISING (Advertisers)
Responsibility:
It is the absolute responsibility of the submitting authority to ensure that the content of their listing advertisement is maintained as being factually and lawfully correct throughout their advertising period. UK Travel Bureau accepts NO responsibility for any incorrect or misleading information supplied by the submitting authority as it is published in good faith by UK Travel Bureau .

Basic Listing Advertisement:
The Basic Listing advertisement fee is currently £25 per annum. (17.5% VAT exempt) The fee is payable at the time/date of the Basic Listing application and is renewable annually on the anniversary date of the initial listing. UK Travel Bureau will contact the submitting authority by email 2 (two) weeks prior to the expiry of the Basic Listing for renewal of the listing. If the Basic Listing is not renewed by the due anniversary date, it will be purged from the UK Travel Bureau Directory within 24 hours of the anniversary date of the Basic Listing.

Any changes to a ‘Basic Listing’ once the listing has been submitted (the term ‘submitted’ is determined as the appropriate form has been completed correctly and received by UK Travel Bureau ) will incur a £10 (17.5% VAT exempt) administration fee each time the ‘Basic Listing’ is changed by the *submitting authority (*the advertiser) from the previously submitted Basic Listing. This fee applies even if a change is requested and the Basic Listing is still awaiting verification by UK Travel Bureau and posting on the UK Travel Bureau Directory. It is the total responsibility of the submitting authority to ensure that the content of their Basic Listing is maintained as being factually and lawfully correct throughout their advertising period. Basic Listings acceptance are on the total discretion of Travel Match Ltd trading as UK Travel Bureau .

Highlighted Listing Advertisement:
The Highlighted Listing advertisement fee is currently £75 per annum (17.5% VAT exempt). The fee is payable at the time/date of the Highlighted Listing application and is renewable annually on the anniversary date of the initial listing. UK Travel Bureau will contact the submitting authority by email 2 (two) weeks prior to the expiry of the Highlighted Listing for renewal of the listing. If the Highlighted Listing is not renewed by the due anniversary date, it will be purged from the UK Travel Bureau Directory within 24 hours of the anniversary date of the Highlighted Listing.

The submitting authority can change their Highlighted Listing advertisement once (1 times) per annum for FREE which includes a change of image and/or changes to body copy/Site Title/Site Description. Any changes however MUST be submitted in the ONE separate submittal form. Only 1 (one) separate submittal (total) per annum will be allowed for the FREE amendment offer for Highlighted Listing advertisements. Second and subsequent changes to Highlighted Listing advertisements s will be charged an administration fee of £25 (17.5% VAT exempt) per SUBMITTAL. Highlighted Listings acceptance are on the total discretion of Travel Match Ltd trading as UK Travel Bureau .

Web Page Listing Advertisement:
The Web Page Listing advertisement fee is currently £125 per annum (17.5% VAT exempt). The fee is payable at the time/date of the Web Page Listing application and is renewable annually on the anniversary date of the initial listing.

UK Travel Bureau will contact the submitting authority by email 2 (two) weeks prior to the expiry of the Web Page Listing advertisement for renewal of the listing. If the Web Page Listing advertisement is not renewed by the due anniversary date, it will be purged from the UK Travel Bureau Directory within 24 hours of the anniversary date of the Web Page Listing advertisement.

It is the total responsibility of the submitting authority to ensure that the content of their Web Page Listing advertisement is maintained as being factually and lawfully correct throughout the advertising period. UK Travel Bureau accepts NO responsibility for any incorrect or misleading information supplied by the submitting authority as it is published in good faith by UK Travel Bureau . The submitting authority can change their Web Page Listing advertisement once (1 time) per annum for FREE.

The Web Page Listing Advertisement also allows a maximum of 2 (two) image changes per each Web Page Listing advertisement change and/or changes to body copy/Site Title/Site Description. Any changes however MUST be submitted in the ONE separate submittal form. Only 1 (ONE) separate submittal (total) per annum is allowed for the FREE amendment offer for Web Page Listing advertisements. For 2nd (second) and subsequent changes to Web Page Listing advertisements in the same rate year an administration fee of £40 (17.5% VAT exempt) per SUBMITTAL will be charged for each change. Basic Listings acceptance are on the total discretion of Travel Match Ltd trading as UK Travel Bureau .

General:
ALL advertisements on UK Travel Bureau are carried on the assumption that they comply with the (UK) Trade Descriptions Act 1968 and 1972, the Consumer Protection Act 1987 and any other applicable UK regulations in force at the time of submittal to UK Travel Bureau . UK Travel Bureau reserves the absolute right to decline or reject any application to UK Travel Bureau without providing any prior notice or reason.

If any copy, images, site description, site title, site keywords etc or any material as requested to the submitting authority by UK Travel Bureau has not been supplied to UK Travel Bureau within 10 working days of UK Travel Bureau requesting this either by email, letter or telephone UK Travel Bureau reserves the right to proceed with the advertisement using the material it has been supplied with. UK Travel Bureau also reserves the right to apply ‘artistic licence’ to modify, change, edit or précis or otherwise change the material supplied if such copy/material has incorrect grammar, is badly written and/or formatted, and is supplied being not of a suitable nature for the advertisement.

The *submitting authority (*the advertiser) is totally responsible for and shall indemnify Travel Match Ltd trading as UK Travel Bureau at all times against all losses, damages, costs and expenses by reason or on account of any libel or any infringement of copyright due to copy and/or photographs supplied by the advertiser to UK Travel Bureau . In any event where UK Travel Bureau is found guilty and liable by law to pay damages, costs and/or expenses, the advertiser will be liable to action by Travel Match Ltd acting on behalf of UK Travel Bureau to recover such damages in entirety.

Note that all advertising entries on UK Travel Bureau comply with a specific preformatted template appearance as examples shown on the UK Travel Bureau website for each advertisement level, being Free Listings, Enhanced Listing and Dedicated Web Page Listing. These formats CANNOT be varied in any way.

Cancellation and Refunds:
As we provide the advertising services which are available for your use upon your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to cancel this Agreement under Regulations 10 & 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You can however withdraw your advertisement at any time by sending an email to addurl@travel-match.com with ‘withdraw advertisement’ in the subject line along with your full name, company/business name, and the full date that your advertisement was placed with UK Travel Bureau . Note: NO REFUND WILL APPLY.

Applicable Law:
The law governing the contract is governed by the laws of England.

PRIVACY
Travel Match Ltd trading as UK Travel Bureau totally respects and protects your right to privacy. We do NOT in any circumstances provide any of your personal details to any other party. Although a common industry practise, we DO NOT share, resell, or distribute your personal details including your company name, email address or physical address details with any other third party under any circumstances. Every effort is made to keep your personal information totally confidential.

Personal Information received from Competitions:
We occasionally run competitions for the public. The special Terms & Conditions for these competitions will be made known to you at the time of the competition. As part of the competition we could ask you for personal information such as your email or home address in order to contact you if for instance you won a prize. You could also be asked if you would like this information to be added to our mailing list or email newsletter list. If you provide us with this information you may reverse your decision to provide us with this information at any time by sending us an email from the email address we hold for you with the subject line showing as "discontinue".

Personal Information received from Market Surveys:
We also from time to time sometimes uses a contracted third party to act on our behalf for special market research projects such as market research surveys and contest entry processing. We may provide information to these third parties specifically for use in connection with these surveys and projects. The information we provide to these third parties is ALWAYS protected by a Non Disclosure Confidentiality Agreement enforceable by law, and is for use only with the specific project.

Cookies:
Travel Match Ltd trading as UK Travel Bureau currently does NOT use cookies to gather information from clients or users of our web sites. We believe that Cookies have become a most intrusive breach of personal privacy in gathering personal information. Whilst widely accepted now as a means of gathering information electronically, we strongly believe that the use of Cookie technology breaches the Travel Match Ltd Group code of ethics. (A cookie is a small text file that web sites send to your computer (often clandestinely) when you are logged on to a web site. It records personal data about you and your computer). Although Cookies do not store information (or are not supposed to) of a personal nature such as credit card numbers, they are invasive and often unseen, and not therefore something we chose NOT to apply to our customers. Travel Match Ltd trading as UK Travel Bureau DOES however log domain names and/or IP addresses from users of our web sites for marketing information purposes.

Job Applications:
Travel Match Ltd trading as UK Travel Bureau will from time to time advertise employment opportunities on our web sites or in newspapers. The information we receive from job applicants is treated with utmost confidentiality and is neither shared, disseminated, sold nor provided to any party or persons outside of the Travel Match group without the applicant’s written permission.

SECURITY:
What security measures are in place to safeguard your personal information?
We keep all customers personal information in a secure environment accessed only by authorised personal with appropriate security clearance(s). As well, internal audit controls are in place and regularly checked to further oversee the security procedures of this information. NO credit card details are kept on our customer files either electronically or in paper format. If you do not wish to electronically provide us via our secure ™Paypal credit card payment system with your credit card details, you can either provide this to us by telephone or by facsimile.

Credit Card Security:
Travel Match Ltd trading as UK Travel Bureau has appropriate security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of customer’s financial information under our control. If you choose to pay with a credit card, your card details are processed through a secure Internet server environment operated by ™Paypal. Your card details are checked by ™Paypal against your bank for authorisation of the transaction and payment transfer is then carried out through Secure Socket Layers (SSL) and public-key security technology to ensure the privacy and security of your information. During transmission of your credit card details, the encryption software will transfer your information from your browser to the ™Paypal secure server in an encrypted form that eliminates any possibility of the information being intercepted en-route over the Internet. At no time is your credit card details transmitted un-encrypted over the Internet. We also operate both our external web sites and internal administration systems behind a secure firewall to protect against any unauthorised access to our external or internal systems.
